  • 8+ years OEM Enterprise sales / OEM Enterprise channel experience in IT/AI industry selling solutions within Germany and Central Europe
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; autonomous, self-motivated, able to educate and transfer knowledge

Requirements:

  • Drive OEMs AI Enterprise business at country level including enablement, training and business/pipeline management; manage funnel, pipeline and revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Engage and manage the channel Enterprise OEM teams at OEMs; drive complete programs with OEMs and NVIDIA channel team; interact directly with NVIDIA HQ OEM channel team for global programs
  • Enable and train OEM Enterprise teams on NVIDIA platforms, solutions and technologies; develop and execute a GTM strategy and business plan linked to NVIDIA initiatives and OEM strategy (hardware and software)
  • Ensure collaboration between ecosystem players and maintain ongoing reporting/ transparency; travel up to 40% and coordinate with Alliances OEMs EMEA team and in-country NVIDIA Channel Sales teams

NVIDIA is seeking an ambitious OEM Enterprise Manager who has demonstrated success and leading a sophisticated eco-system in the OEM landscape locally. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive management, Alliances & OEMs team, channel team, marketing, solution architects, to drive revenue for the company. Furthermore a solid understanding and business experience in the overall OEM enablement in different aspects as Sales, Pre-sales but also OEM channel teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive OEMs AI Enterprise business at country level including enablement, training and business/pipeline management. Work with OEMs on Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. This covers OEM & channel OEM businesses.

  • Engage & manage the channel Enterprise OEM teams at OEMs, drive & complete programs by working closely with OEMs & NVIDIA channel team. Interact directly with NVIDIA HQ OEM channel team for global programs.

  • Enable & train OEM Enterprise teams on NVIDIA platforms, solutions & technologies.

  • Develop and complete a GTM strategy and business plan linked to NVIDIA key initiatives and OEM strategy. This covers the entire NVIDIA Enterprise portfolio, including hardware and software.

  • Ensure collaboration between the different ecosystem players.

  • Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency.

  • Ability to travel as much as >40% of the time.

  • Report to Alliances & OEMs EMEA team, you will work closely with the in-country NVIDIA Channel & Sales teams.

What we need to see:

  • Native German, Proficiency in English – any further languages would be a plus.

  • University degree or above or equivalent experience in economics/international business combined with computer science background.

  • 8+ years OEM Enterprise sales & OEM Enterprise channel experiences in IT/AI industry selling solutions within Germany and Central Europe.

  • Drive sophisticated eco system, to become a trust advisor and the key OEM local partner to position NVIDIA Enterprise solutions.

  • Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Open, like to educate & transfer knowledge.

  • Autonomous, self-motivated, strong ability to get things done, focused, and passionate.
