Senior AI Engineer – Remote (EMEA)

EXO ARNVIND is seeking a high-caliber Senior AI Engineer for our client, a global leader in AI-driven workflow transformation.

This is a senior-level, remote-first role within the EMEA region, designed for an engineer who doesn't just build models, but solves deep-seated business constraints. You will own AI initiatives end-to-end, moving beyond the "hype" to deliver measurable impact on organizational flow and productivity.

The Role

In this position, you are more than a coder—you are a strategic problem solver. You will diagnose business bottlenecks and determine if AI is the right intervention, then design and ship the solution.

• End-to-End Ownership: Map complex workflows, identify constraints using the Theory of Constraints, and design AI-powered solutions to alleviate them.
• System Architecture: Integrate AI capabilities via APIs and leverage advanced patterns like RAG and Multi-Agent Orchestration.
• Foundation Building: Evaluate emerging tools, document patterns, and create reusable AI foundations for the entire organization.
• Governance & Security: Implement critical safety measures, including Prompt Injection Defenses, Data Leakage Prevention, and Output Filtering.

Technical Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a "full-stack" mindset toward AI engineering and a deep understanding of value stream mapping.

• Languages: Expert-level Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• AI Specialization: Extensive experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agent Orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Integration & Automation: Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and automation platforms like Make, n8n, or Workato.
• Enterprise Ecosystems: Experience integrating AI within Salesforce, Zendesk, and Marketo.
• Frameworks: Mastery of Evaluation Frameworks and Human-in-the-loop systems.
