About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off Consultant to join our growing SuccessFactors practice. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality EC and Time Off solutions, including configuration, business rules, workflows, accruals, and end‑to‑end HR process design.

You will collaborate closely with Payroll, Time Sheet, and Integration teams to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end employee experience.

This position can be based in the Philippines (remote) and requires working AU/NZ business hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Configure and support SuccessFactors Employee Central including data models, business rules, workflows, and position management.
  • Design and configure Time Off policies, leave types, time profiles, accrual rules, carryovers, and statutory leave entitlements.
  • Troubleshoot EC and Time Off issues including rule execution, workflow errors, data inconsistencies, and integration behaviour.
  • Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into SAP best‑practice solutions.
  • Support data migration, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go‑live activities.
  • Create configuration documentation, user guides, and functional specifications for integrations.
  • Ensure EC and Time Off integrate seamlessly with ECP/Payroll or third‑party systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR process optimisation and continuous improvement.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Strong, hands‑on configuration experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
  • In‑depth understanding of EC data models, workflows, MDF objects, and business rules.
  • Expertise in Time Off configuration including accruals, calendars, carryover, and statutory leave.
  • Experience supporting integrations to payroll or external time systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent client‑facing communication skills.
  • 4+ years EC experience and 3+ years Time Off experience preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with EC Time Sheet, ECP, or other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Exposure to AU/NZ statutory leave frameworks.
  • SAP EC Certification.
