Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under minimal supervision performs routine and non-routine various production duties in accordance with standard procedures to support the Participant Materials department. This includes, preparing mail for zip, emptying cardboard, processing material requests, stocking, receiving inventory, delivering packages, removing/replacing inventory, emptying skids, various reports and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Processes material requests and orders material

  • Empty cardboard daily, restock envelopes, receive inventory, update inventory, print reports and enter items for piece details.

  • Deliver packages, check status on deliveries, track items, removal of old inventory,

  • Upkeep of Print on Demand rack and fold inserts.

  • Empty skids daily.

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned (answering phones, emails and answering door for deliveries)


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required.

  • 1 plus years relevant experience.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Extremely detailed oriented.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.



 

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 25 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
