- Foster a culture of continuous delivery, feedback, and architectural agility.
- Align architecture with SAFe’s Lean-Agile principles, supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) with architectural guidance and guardrails.
Governance & Compliance
- Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Ensure system design and data handling comply with HIPAA, SOC, HITECH, HITRUST, and other healthcare regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to define high-level solution intent and system architecture.
- Mentor and support technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and Agile delivery goals.
