Requirements:

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to fill vacancies and plan retirements
  • Use external labor market tools to educate managers on market conditions and set service level agreements (SLAs) while developing recruitment strategies
  • Source and interview candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, assess fit, and manage offer processes including salary offers, incentives, and approvals
  • Maintain accurate candidate progress in the ATS and coordinate onboarding activities with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure on-time start dates

Job Description:

Partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled, new programs are staffed, and retirement replacements are planned. Uses external scanning tools to understand the labor market and educate hiring managers on market conditions. Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs). Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake. Interviews candidates using Behavioral Interviewing techniques, reviews resumes and credentials, and assesses mission fit and qualifications. Prepares salary offers and obtains hiring manager approvals. Extends job offers, including sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, anticipating counter offers as necessary. Maintains knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries. Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system. Oversees Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure timely interview scheduling and onboarding activities for on-time candidate start dates. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required]



Education:

• Associate [Required]

• Bachelor's [Preferred]



Field of Study:



Work Experience:

• 2+ recruiting/sourcing experience [Required]

• Healthcare experience [Preferred]

• RPO experience[Preferred]



Additional Information:


• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:- Associates degree and 2+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.

• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]

• Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR [Preferred]



Licenses and Certifications:

•Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]

•Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) [Preferred]
