About the Team
At Walmart, we are a people-led, tech-powered omnichannel retailer supporting over 2.2M associates worldwide within the Global Technology Platform team, we build and operate foundational platforms that enable scalable application development, intelligent automation, and AI-powered engineering experiences across Walmart’s global technology ecosystem.
A key responsibility within this space is building and managing DX, Walmart’s internal developer experience platform for technical content creation, management, and publication.
The team is responsible for:
• Owning the full lifecycle of technical content including blogs, product documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding assets
• Driving adoption of GenAI-powered writing assistance, automated validation, intelligent error detection and integration with Wibey Super agent
• Managing product article directories, usage analytics dashboards, and version governance
• Enabling collaboration between platform teams, product teams, and the broader developer community
• Ensuring seamless integration with enterprise developer tools while maintaining high content quality standards
DX Studio serves as the central knowledge hub for Walmart’s developer ecosystem — supporting ~15,000 weekly active users, providing access to 10,000+ starter kits, and enabling onboarding and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
As DX evolves into an AI-first platform, it is tightly integrated with Wibey, Walmart’s Super Agent for developer enablement. Wibey powers intelligent workflows across DX including AI-generated release notes, Jira-to-documentation automation, contextual knowledge discovery, and agentic moderation — transforming DX from a static documentation system into an intelligent, self-service knowledge platform.
