Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Or a technical degree or higher with at least 4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Advanced English (C1) proficiency.
  • Experience with reports and dashboards creation, new-user setup, territory design and assignment, Data Loader operations, role hierarchy design, and permission-set review and assignment.

Requirements:

  • Provide tier-one Salesforce support for users across the Americas, including new user setup and report/dashboard creation, and collaborate with the Salesforce Development team on more complex enhancements.
  • Implement internal dashboards and productivity metrics to measure the Salesforce Administrative team's effectiveness.
  • Review requirements and propose business process changes, and work with the Dental team to prioritize Salesforce enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Latin American business leaders to support Salesforce usage across the Dental Business.

As a CRM Administrator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Part of a team of CRM Administrators located in both the EMEA and Costa Rica. Provides support for the salesforce.com platform for all users in the Americas. This includes tier one support such as new user set up ranging to report and dashboard creation and collaborating with the Salesforce Development team to test and deploy more complicated enhancements.
  • Implement internal dashboards and productivity measurements to better understand the effectiveness of the Salesforce Administrative team. Build productivity goals and make them integral to our performance management efforts.
  • Reviews requirements and suggests business process changes and improvements.
  • Supports Dental's prioritization efforts and works with that team to prioritize Salesforce enhancements.
  • Consult and collaborate with business leaders in Latin America to support their usage of the Salesforce.com platform across the Dental Business.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of experience in roles focused on Salesforce administration within a healthcare environment.
    OR
  • Technical Degree or higher AND 4 years of experience in roles focused on Salesforce administration within a healthcare environment.

AND

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • English language advanced (C1)
  • Knowledge of report and dashboard creation, new‑user setup, territory design and assignment, Data Loader operations, role‑hierarchy design, and permission‑set review and assignment.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Asuncion Site at least 1 days per quarter)
