Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for internal business units, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted marketing advisor, not just a service lead.
  • Consult with partners on campaign strategy, channel approach, messaging and sequencing to ensure initiatives are grounded in sound marketing thinking.
  • Ensure campaign assets and marketing initiatives align with business objectives, brand strategy, and SolveStudio’s strategic direction.
  • Champion SolveStudio’s value proposition by moving conversations beyond execution to clearly define what we’re solving for and the impact we want to achieve.

Account Leadership & Project Management

  • Partner closely with Solve Studio pillar leads and strategy teams on briefs, work sessions, and presentations for Tier 1 initiatives.
  • Lead account management for Tier 2 and Tier 3 programs, owning scope, timelines, and delivery in close collaboration with creative, strategy and production teams.
  • Translate business and marketing briefs into clear, actionable plans; ensure briefs are complete, focused and strategically sound before creative work begins.
  • Assume hands‑on project management responsibilities where dedicated PM support is not available, including:
    • Developing and maintaining project plans and timelines
    • Coordinating inputs, reviews, and approvals
    • Managing dependencies, risks, and scope changes
  • Influence realistic timelines and deliverables based on project complexity, scope, and resource availability.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain project budget integrity, tracking and forecasting.
  • Report on project performance, client satisfaction, risks and opportunities for improvement.
