Job Description:

As the first dedicated motion hire, you will shape the visual identity of a generational AI company. You'll create cinematic, ElevenLabs-style product videos and animations that make complex technical concepts feel intuitive. Working directly with founders, you will own the creative direction for social media, global conferences, and high-impact product launches.

What you will do:

• Develop a scalable user-centric motion design system and animate assets for the core product experience.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics with a portfolio demonstrating cinematic, product-focused animation quality.

• Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Figma, with the ability to narrate user experiences through physics-based motion.
