About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, Leadership Team, and European office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and Leadership Team, help coordinate leadership team operations and events, support the day-to-day functioning of the Amsterdam office, and continuously improve internal workflows that support executive operations. The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who is comfortable managing logistics, improving processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the Leadership Team.

This is a full-time position.

What you’ll do here: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Provide scheduling and travel coordination support for the Leadership Team to ensure efficient calendars and seamless travel logistics
  • Own the planning and execution of Leadership Team–sponsored events, including meetings, leadership offsites, hackathons, and other internal gatherings, managing logistics, coordination, vendors, and on-site execution
  • Support the Leadership Team with administrative coordination and special projects as needed
  • Identify repetitive administrative workflows supporting the Leadership Team and implement automation or process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Provide support to the European Office Coordinator on items related to office operations, guests, supplies, and other office needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience managing office operations and overseeing staff preferred
  • Experience coordinating executive events, offsites, or leadership team operations preferred
  • Experience improving workflows, implementing automation, or optimizing operational processes is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
