Coordinate with external consultants (e.g., structural engineers and contractors) and internal stakeholders to integrate input and maintain organized project files and documentation
Liaise with internal stakeholders via inbound and outbound phone calls to support project communication

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Revit.
Assist in the preparation of BIM management, Master Creation and maintenance.
Interpret and implement design concepts provided by architects and designers into accurate and detailed construction drawings.
Collaborate with project team members to ensure drawings align with project requirements, building codes, and regulations.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings as necessary throughout the design and construction process.
Maintain organized project files and documentation, including revisions and updates to drawings.
Coordinate with external consultants, such as structural engineers and contractors, to integrate their input into architectural drawings.
Liaise with internal stakeholders through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential construction or project home environments.
Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and State Environmental Planning Policies
Experience using Revit. Intermediate to advanced level.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform under pressure.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
