We’re seeking a reliable Sales Support Specialist to join our remote cleaning business team and help streamline sales operations.

The Role:
You’ll assist in managing leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring customers receive timely responses and smooth service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with lead tracking and updates.

• Follow up with clients to confirm bookings.

• Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity.

• Coordinate between customers and operations.

• Help achieve monthly booking targets.
