  • Understand the need for integrations and define the best architecture and integration pattern to fulfill business needs defined by stakeholders
  • Analyze possible solutions based on requirements, detailed design of the solution, and delivery (development, testing, deployment) including SDLC documentation
  • Coordinate all involved teams, tracking dependencies, and ensuring delivery is aligned across all parties
  • Act as SME across the delivery lifecycle and overseeing delivery across teams

Integration Analyst

Brief description of responsibilities:

  • Understanding the need for integrations and defining the best architecture and integration pattern to fulfill business needs defined by stakeholders

  • Analysis of possible solutions based on requirements, detailed design of the solution, and delivery (development, testing, deployment) including SDLC documentation

  • Coordination of all involved teams, tracking dependencies, and ensuring delivery is aligned across all parties

  • Understanding and clarification of requirements for integration; analysis of integrated systems APIs and capabilities

  • Definition of high-level solutions and detailed design to support development (including step-by-step integration flows)

  • Support for development and testing (knowledge transfer, clarifications, test support)

  • Preparation of official SDLC documentation (requirements, design, configuration specifications)

  • Acting as SME across the delivery lifecycle and overseeing delivery across teams

Technical skills:

  • Integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-based)

  • API design (REST, SOAP), documentation standards, authentication methods

  • UML modeling (sequence diagrams, process diagrams)
