Responsibilities:
Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team.
Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiatives.
Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc.
Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program.
Pull data from internal data source and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program.
Ensure quality and accuracy of data.
Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record.
Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project.
Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data solutions for any issues.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.
Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities.
If time permits deliver on other projects as assigned.
