We are looking for a technical leader with an "architect-practitioner" mindset to spearhead the development of complex, scalable systems. You will be responsible for defining the technological vision for mission-critical products, ensuring the architecture supports both business growth and the technical integrity required for real-time data processing and high-complexity analysis.
Core Responsibilities
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee distributed systems architectures, focusing on resilience, low latency, and scalability within the AWS ecosystem.
- Engineering Management: Lead development teams, promoting technical excellence and ensuring the delivery of clean, efficient code.
- Product Vision: Translate complex business needs (such as financial models and analysis engines) into elegant technical solutions.
- Automation Culture: Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security and agility within Linux environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Raise the team's technical bar through code reviews, design sessions, and the dissemination of best practices in Python and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Technical Requirements
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in technical leadership roles (Staff, Principal, or Senior Manager).
- Backend Mastery: Advanced expertise in multiple programming languages and its ecosystems.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Deep proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, CloudFront, Route 53, S3, and CLI).
- Operating Systems: Advanced knowledge of Linux environments (specifically Debian/Ubuntu-based distributions).
- DevSecOps Culture: Hands-on experience with containerization and infrastructure automation.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience in the full product lifecycle, from initial MVP conception to production scale.
- Analytical Prowess: Ability to handle complex mathematical logic applied to software development.
