  • Strategy Growth: Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Intel and USSOCOM sectors; build and manage a multi-year pipeline across Low SWaP, High Performance, and Space portfolios; identify emerging needs, trends, and technology shifts
  • Business Development and Sales: Directly own business development and sales within the defined sector, including developing account and call plans to pursue new qualified opportunities; build strong technical and leadership relationships with senior SOCOM, JSOC, IC, DoD, and national security customers
  • Proposal and cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Epiq executive leadership, engineering, product teams, and GTM peers to shape winning proposals
  • Operational reporting: Maintain accurate and timely business updates in Salesforce and other company-wide systems

Job Summary 

Epiq Solutions is seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Intelligence Community (IC) and USSOCOM sectors. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy that expands Epiq’s footprint in advanced Software Defined Radio (SDR) solutions, including Low SWaP, high-performance, and space-enabled platforms.


The Strategic Account Manager will directly own business development and sales activities within the assigned sector, building and managing a robust opportunity pipeline aligned to mission needs and acquisition cycles. This individual will cultivate senior-level technical and leadership relationships across SOCOM, JSCO, DoD, IC, and national security organizations, positioning Epiq as a trusted partner in solving complex wireless challenges where performance, size, weight, power, and cost constraints are all critical.


Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the national security mission environments, and the new Warfighter Acquisition frameworks. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, distributed, engineering-driven organization and partnering closely with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to shape competitive technical solutions and winning proposals. 


This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role focused on accelerating customer time-to-market, enabling rapid prototyping and integration, and delivering mission-critical capabilities in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities


Strategy & Growth:  

  • Develop and Execute the Epiq Solutions growth strategy for the Intel and USSOCOM Sectors
  • Build and manage a multi-year pipeline across Low SWaP, High Performance, and Space portfolio
  • Identify emerging needs, trends, and technology shifts


Business Development and Sales:

  • Directly own business development and sales activities within the defined specified sector including:
    • Developing account and call plans leading to new qualified opportunities pursuits
    • Building strong technical and leadership relationships with senior SOCOM, JSOC, IC, DOD and national security customers
    • Partner closely with Epiq Executive Leadership, engineering teams, product teams, and other peers in the GTM team to shape winning proposals.
    • Maintain accurate and timely business updates (appropriate for sensitivity) in Saleforce.com and other company-wide systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Experience and understanding in developing, deploying, use, and/or support of RF solutions
  • Strong understanding of IC and/or DOD missions, customer environments, and acquisition frameworks
  • Experience working as part of a distributed, fast-moving teams
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance preferred.
