US Ground Import Analyst

Location - Remote Full-Time Position -  Michigan, Texas, North Hampshire, North Dakota 

Hiring for the following shifts: 

- Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

- Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Training schedule: Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm (first few weeks)

Key Qualifications

• High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred  
• Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments is an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products  
• An eye for detail is critical for success in the role                                                                       Description of Role: 

A proactive problem solving mindset                                                                                            

As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international  imports are cleared for entry into US. 

Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database 

Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone

Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
