Sailing experience is essential for any position on Oyster Yachts.
Proven experience as captain or crew on yachts or sailing expeditions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a remote, long-duration sailing crew.
Willingness to commit to a long-duration world rally (approximately 16 months).
Requirements:
Join as Captain or crew on Oyster World Rally yachts and contribute to a team-based voyage.
Participate in a multi-month global sailing itinerary, coordinating navigation, safety, and operations with the crew.
Maintain high safety and performance standards and adhere to rally requirements and schedules.
Collaborate with Oyster Yachts and recruitment contacts to align with crewing criteria and participate in the adventure.

Oyster World Rally – the journey of a lifetime
We are always looking for special Captains and crew teams who have what it takes to be part of this life-changing adventure. Our current rally fleet left Antigua in January 2026 and will take 16 months to sail around the world arriving back in Antigua in April 2027. The next Oyster World Rally starts in January 2028 and owners with boats in build, are already planning ahead and beginning their search for great sailing crew teams.
