This is a remote position.
SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end coordination of service installations and internal projects. This includes drafting project plans, managing scopes (cost, time, quality), leading project teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordination:
Lead internal and external project kick-offs
Create and manage project plans and scope
Monitor planning, budget, and quality
Coordinate project teams including clients and third parties
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as primary contact for clients and partners
Provide regular updates and reports
Ensure smooth handover to Client Support
Process & Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation and administration
Ensure compliance with ISO standards
Identify and resolve bottlenecks
Financial oversight:
Manage invoicing and financial tracking suppliers
Manage customer billing
Evaluation & Aftercare:
Conduct project evaluations
Provide after-care and support post-installation
QUALIFICATIONS
