Job description

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end coordination of service installations and internal projects. This includes drafting project plans, managing scopes (cost, time, quality), leading project teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Coordination:
    • Lead internal and external project kick-offs
    • Create and manage project plans and scope
    • Monitor planning, budget, and quality
    • Coordinate project teams including clients and third parties
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as primary contact for clients and partners
    • Provide regular updates and reports
    • Ensure smooth handover to Client Support
  • Process & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation and administration
    • Ensure compliance with ISO standards
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Financial oversight:
    • Manage invoicing and financial tracking suppliers
    • Manage customer billing
  • Evaluation & Aftercare:
    • Conduct project evaluations
    • Provide after-care and support post-installation

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, technical documentation, or managed services environments
  • Experience documenting operational procedures, SOPs, or technical workflows
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with technical teams to capture operational knowledge
  • Experience working within managed services or cloud infrastructure environments
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management concepts
  • Experience maintaining knowledge bases or documentation systems
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate technical processes into clear instructions

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
