Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and employee self‑service to reduce manual effort and improve user experience.

Collaboration, Governance & Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, and People Analytics to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes.

  • Maintain clear and up‑to‑date documentation for configuration, processes, and decision logs.

  • Mentor and support junior analysts through coaching, guidance, and quality review of work.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, or Absence administration.

  • Strong, hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical partners.
