Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assist in executing the investor relations strategy for the company by attending and tracking/logging investor and sell-side analyst interactions.

• Assist with compiling materials and preparing management for quarterly earnings process, investor meetings, and company presentations at conferences/events.

• Read/listen to company/peer filings and presentations and analyst reports to help understand and communicate sector trends and key events.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree; preferably in finance and/or accounting.

• Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Excel & PowerPoint.

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: If Pursing Bachelors = $20 hour, If Pursing Masters = $25 hour, If Pursing Doctorate = $30 hour.
