Requirements:

  • Design and evolve the global channel benefits framework, define tiered benefits across the partner lifecycle, and develop scalable incentives (rebates, MDF, training, certifications, and co-selling), benchmarking against leading SaaS/UCaaS providers
  • Own end-to-end program execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC: rollout, governance, and partner portal/tool integration; collaborate with regional channel and operations teams
  • Drive partner experience and engagement: ensure benefits visibility and access in Zoom Partner Connect; develop compelling messaging and campaigns; gather feedback to improve offerings and support activation, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Partner Operations to align benefits with pricing and GTM initiatives; manage budgeting, accruals, ROI tracking for rebates and MDF; establish KPIs and reporting while ensuring compliance

Job Summary

At Zoom, we are looking for a Global Channel Benefits Manager to design and scale a world-class partner benefits program that supports our global partner and distributor ecosystem.

In this role, you will iterate, define, operationalize and own our end to end partner benefits that drive adoption of Zoom products, accelerate partner-led growth, and enhance the overall partner experience.

Global Program Strategy & Design

  • Design and evolve Zoom’s global channel benefits framework, aligned with company growth priorities and partner segmentation

  • Define tiered benefits across the partner lifecycle (Authorized, Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.)

  • Develop scalable benefits including rebates, incentives, MDF, training, certifications, and co-selling opportunities

  • Benchmark against leading SaaS and UCaaS providers to maintain a competitive partner value proposition

Program Execution & Operations

  • Own end-to-end implementation of channel benefits programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC

  • Partner with regional channel and operations teams to ensure consistent rollout and adoption

  • Establish clear program guidelines, policies, and governance models

  • Collaborate with systems teams to operationalize benefits in partner portals and tools

Partner Experience & Engagement

  • Ensure partners clearly understand and can easily access their benefits within the Zoom Partner Connect ecosystem

  • Work with Partner Marketing and Enablement to create compelling messaging and campaigns

  • Gather partner feedback and insights to continuously improve benefit offerings

  • Support initiatives that drive partner activation, retention, and growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Partner Operations teams

  • Align benefits with pricing strategies, promotions, and GTM initiatives (e.g., Zoom Phone expansion, Contact Center growth)

  • Support product launches with partner-facing incentives and enablement benefits

  • Coordinate with finance on budgeting, accruals, and ROI tracking for rebates and MDF

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Define and track KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, program adoption, and ROI

  • Build dashboards and own reporting to ensure ROI for Zoom and our Partners

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure benefits programs comply with global financial, legal, and regulatory requirements

  • Manage risk related to incentives, rebates, and partner eligibility

  • Maintain program integrity and transparency across all regions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred (MBA a plus)

  • 8 + years of experience in channel programs, partner ecosystems, or incentives management within a SaaS or technology company

  • Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams

  • Proven ability to design and scale partner programs that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with partner ecosystems similar to Zoom Video Communications

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and incentive management platforms

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and ROI analysis

  • Must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue

  • Increased adoption of key Zoom products (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center) through partners

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,500.00

Maximum:

$276,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
