Roles & Responsibilities

Basic-level position requiring little or no maintenance experience

Willingness to be trained to follow standardized service routines and customer support procedures

Requirements:

Represent NCR professionally and escalate major issues to the appropriate party
Resolve simple problems and organize/plan time effectively to meet service objectives
Follow standardized service routines including basic diagnostics, simple repairs, and module changes
Inspect connections and electrical/environmental operating conditions, test equipment functionality, clear paper jams, restore normal operation, and report issues with actions taken

Posición de nivel básico que requiere poca o ninguna experiencia en el trabajo de

mantenimiento. En este nivel, el aprendiz debe ser capaz de representar profesionalmente a NCR, resolver problemas sencillos, organizar y planear de manera efectiva su tiempo y saber cuándo y a quien escalar un problema mayor.

Es entrenado para ejecutar rutinas y procedimientos estandarizados de servicio técnico y atención al cliente, como:

Rutinas de diagnóstico básicas, reparaciones sencillas y cambios de algunos módulos
Revisión de conexiones, condiciones eléctricas y ambientales de operación de los equipos
Ejecutar pruebas de funcionamiento de los equipos
Colocación de suministros y solución de atascos de papel
Restablecimiento de la operación normal de las máquinas
Reportar oportuna y detalladamente los problemas encontrados y las acciones tomadas
