Position Summary...

What you'll do...

  • Coach less experienced team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Partner with more experienced creative team members to translate business needs into creative solutions.
  • Apply up‑to‑date expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans by offering guidance, aligning efforts with business needs, and building commitment to proposed solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of multiple creative briefs developed by Marketing Strategy & Planning, Customer Experience, or eCommerce Category Marketing.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to identify business needs, determine necessary processes, monitor progress, and adapt to changing priorities or responsibilities.
  • Review creative work from internal and external agency partners to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, including tone, color, and voice.
  • Model compliance with company policies, values, ethics, and the Open Door Policy through daily work and leadership behaviors.
  • Assist in assessing customer experience trends and recommend creative innovations or enhancements to tools and user experience.
  • Provide input into customer experience strategy.
  • Manage creative projects and communicate status updates to creative managers and team leads.
  • Provide input into team budgets and manage budgets for assigned work.
  • Work closely with agency partners from project inception to completion, resolving routine issues and ensuring quality.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing teams (Advertising, CX, Digital, Strategy & Planning) and cross‑functional partners (e.g., Category Management) to ensure alignment of campaigns.
  • Coordinate and oversee job‑related activities by building relationships, identifying goals, supporting business needs, measuring progress, and promoting continuous learning.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, recognition, and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, values, ethics, and the Open Door Policy by implementing action plans and providing direction to others.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
