Requirements:

  • Build and develop client-ready strategy deliverables (presentations, decks, performance reports) and translate data into clear narratives; participate in client discussions and represent the consultancy
  • Manage meeting workflow: prepare structured agendas, capture insights and action items, and translate discussions into actionable tasks in Asana or Trello; ensure accountability
  • Maintain client alignment and communication: draft professional recaps, updates, briefs, and ensure strategy, deliverables, and timelines stay aligned
  • Coordinate vendors and operational processes: source contractors, manage onboarding/NDAs, track SOWs and invoices, and optimize workflows with automation

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Worl Schedule: Flexible; Must overlap Eastern Time (EST) working hours
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month (salary based on assessment)

Leveraging AI, data, and creative strategy, we provide end-to-end marketing solutions, including business planning, media activation, campaign execution, and long-term growth strategies.

Our clients are established brands with seven- and eight-figure marketing investments, and we operate with a high bar for clarity, quality, and strategic thinking.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Growth Operations Manager who can combine operational excellence with strategic marketing thinking. This role is responsible for translating strategy into high-quality client deliverables while maintaining disciplined operational processes.

Unlike a purely operational role, this position requires someone who can step into client-facing work, help shape deliverables, and represent the consultancy with professionalism and clarity. The ideal candidate has experience in agency or consultancy environments, understands the context behind marketing decisions, and can produce work that reflects thoughtful analysis—not just process execution.

This person will work closely with leadership to ensure that client work is strategically sound, clearly communicated, and executed at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Deliverables & Strategic Support

  • Build and develop client-ready presentations, strategy decks, and performance reports

  • Translate research, data, and strategic inputs into clear, structured narratives

  • Support the development of marketing and growth strategies

  • Ensure deliverables reflect clean thinking, strong organization, and editorial quality

  • Confidently participate in client discussions and represent the consultancy in meetings

Meeting & Workflow Management

  • Prepare structured agendas and facilitate internal and client meetings

  • Capture key insights, decisions, and action items

  • Translate discussions into actionable tasks using Asana or Trello

  • Ensure follow-through and accountability across projects

Client Communication & Alignment

  • Draft professional client recaps, updates, and strategic briefs

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients

  • Ensure alignment between strategy, deliverables, and execution timelines

Deliverable Assembly & Quality Control

  • Transform outlines, research, and notes into polished client deliverables

  • Maintain consulting-level quality standards in both written and visual materials

  • Ensure clarity, structure, and consistency across presentations and documentation

  • Review materials for accuracy, insight, and professionalism before client delivery

Vendor & Talent Coordination

  • Source and coordinate specialized contractors (copywriters, marketers, creatives, technical partners)

  • Manage onboarding processes, NDAs, and access permissions

  • Ensure vendor contributions align with project objectives and timelines

Financial & Operational Support

  • Track Statements of Work (SOWs), invoices, and receipts

  • Maintain documentation for accounting and CPA review

  • Monitor project scope and deliverable timelines

Systems & Process Optimization

  • Maintain organized documentation systems and shared drives

  • Implement naming conventions, documentation standards, and version control

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency

  • Use automation and tools to improve team productivity

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 4–6+ years of experience in a marketing agency, consultancy, or high-growth startup

  • Demonstrated experience creating client-facing deliverables such as strategy decks, marketing reports, or presentations

  • Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in strategic discussions

  • Background in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy environments preferred

Technical Skills

  • Expert in Google Workspace

  • Advanced proficiency with Asana or Trello

  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as productivity accelerators

  • Familiar with analytics dashboards, marketing metrics, and reporting tools

Communication & Editorial Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and documentation ability

  • Strong editorial instinct for organizing ideas and presenting them clearly

  • Ability to translate complex information into structured narratives and visual presentations
