What you will do:
Design, review, and optimize complex ETL/ELT frameworks using Snowflake and dbt to ensure platform performance and reliability.
Manage and coach a team of analytics engineers, conducting code reviews and setting technical OKRs to foster continuous improvement.
Lead the strategy and governance for the BI layer, driving adoption of self-service analytics and building advanced dashboards for cross-functional leaders.
The ideal candidate:
Significant experience in data engineering, specifically within high-growth e-commerce or D2C environments using Snowflake and dbt at scale.
Technical proficiency in SQL optimization and Python for automation, alongside experience with cloud-native architectures like AWS S3 and Glue.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and mentor engineering talent while driving technical design reviews and data observability standards.
