We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer who will play a pivotal role supporting our growing customer base in the Canada and part of the Great Lakes region. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer support and winning for the team. We are looking for someone with experience troubleshooting instrument issues involving software, hardware and chemistry. Ability to repair and maintenance instruments in the field. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Field Service Engineering and will be a remote role based in Canada.

In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options and discretionary annual bonus.
