Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of time and attendance systems, onboarding processes, and payroll workflows.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, time tracking tools, payroll software, and Shift Gear (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Track and manage employee time and attendance records across client systems, auditing timesheets for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with employees or managers, and prepare time and attendance reports for client review.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including creating accounts in client systems and tools, ensuring documentation is completed and submitted, and providing system access and guidance while maintaining onboarding progress records.
  • Input payroll data into client systems accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating with HR or managers to ensure payroll data aligns with approved attendance and leave records, and preparing payroll summaries for senior leadership review and final approval.

Core responsibilities:
