What can you expect in the role?

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner – leads end-to-end recruitment across the AMPAC Region and partners with Hiring Managers and People Business Enablers to attract and hire talent that supports SKF’s business strategy.

Working closely with the talent– AMPAC, the role supports regional hiring priorities and ensures recruitment activities align with SKF’s Global Talent Acquisition Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment from requisition approval Across multiple countries in AMPAC with a main responsibility in the US
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to define candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans.
  • Develop attractive job postings and ensure roles are promoted through relevant platforms and channels.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured and competence-based recruitment methods.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive candidates through digital sourcing tools and networking.
  • Ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity in recruitment.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools, and systems, including the use of AI and automation.
  • Align recruitment activities with SKF’s Global Talent Acquisition Operating Model and regional hiring strategy.

What you bring

 

  • Hands-on capability to execute full life cycle recruitment independently
  • Pragmatic approach with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships
  • Great communication skills, with fluency in English, and Spanish is an asset
  • University degree in HR, or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Smart Recruiter is an advantage
