Job description

Regional Sales Director – Industrial Solutions

 

Position Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Director – Industrial Solutions (RSD) is responsible for driving revenue growth within assigned territories through leadership of regional sales team. Leading, coaching, and holding team accountable for results are the primary responsibilities of the RSD.  Additionally, the RSD’s are the primary field level contacts for partners and regional marketing initiatives. 

 

Duties of Regional Sales Director Include:

  • Professionally represent the INS brand to partners and customers
  • Work with sellers to consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with partners and TAM’s
  • Assist TAM’s and ISR’s with strategic coaching and customer escalations
  • Develop strong relationships with partners and key customers
  • Recruit, hire, and manage Territory Account Managers for target accountabilities
  • Perform ride-alongs, cadence updates, and formal reviews with team
  • Serve as advocate for customers and field teams to INS leadership
  • Assist TAM’s and ISR’s in closing high profile business and supporting top-tier customers

 

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of INS products/solutions and experience navigating INS and partner organizations
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Team oriented and  highly disciplined in day-to-day duties
  • 10 years experience in a technical sales role + 5 years management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivelant
  • Customer focused, self-starter who is comfortable leading in ambiguous situations
