Compliance Analyst - 100% remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst for a 100% remote position with a Major Financial Institution located in CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation:  Up to $56.00 per hour. 

This role involves ensuring organizational adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on all compliance-related activities, conducting audits, and updating procedures based on regulatory changes.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess internal processes to identify potential compliance risks
• Conduct audits and prepare reports to document compliance findings
• Monitor regulatory changes and assist in updating policies and procedures
• Support investigations into compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in training staff on compliance-related topics

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in a senior-level capacity
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry such as SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA
• Experience with risk assessment and internal auditing practices
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
