Roles & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of experience as a Systems/Data Analyst in Banking, Finance, and IoT domains, including requirements gathering, system design, functional analysis, implementation, and testing
  • Proficiency in data modeling and SQL development with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) and dashboarding
  • Strong experience in data integration, data migration, validation, and profiling across complex enterprise systems and marketing platforms

Requirements:

  • Translate business objectives into functional and technical specifications; design system solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end data integration and data quality initiatives, including mapping, validation, and profiling across marketing, CRM, and data warehouse platforms (e.g., Marketo, BlueConic CDP, Splash, Oracle, EDW)
  • Serve as SME for marketing technology systems; contribute to Architecture Board decisions and data integration/attribute mapping frameworks (DIAM)
  • Manage multiple high-visibility projects in Agile/Scrum; coordinate testing, training, change requests, and deliver dashboards/reports (Tableau, Power BI) and documentation

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Systems and Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, and IoT domains, specializing in requirements gathering, system design, functional analysis, implementation, and testing of enterprise applications and data-driven systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business objectives, translating stakeholder needs into functional and technical specifications, and designing system solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Skilled in conducting system feasibility studies, evaluating existing systems, and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Adept at data modeling, SQL development, and working with major RDBMS platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL for backend system design and validation.
  • Experienced in integrating and migrating data across systems, ensuring consistency, integrity, and accuracy through robust data validation and profiling practices.
  • Strong background in BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics for translating system data into actionable business insights.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and document system requirements, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA.
  • Supported system implementations by coordinating testing, training end-users, managing change requests, and facilitating smooth transitions to new technologies.
  • Applied project management principles to track deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful deployment of system solutions.
  • Proficient in Excel-based data analysis, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data validation and reporting.
  • Experienced in creating technical documentation, including user manuals, system workflows, data dictionaries, and process guides.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and recommend system and process improvements based on analytical findings.
  • Skilled in identifying system anomalies, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance and data reliability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a cross-functional, Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring quality delivery under tight deadlines.
  • Design and implemented end-to-end system integrations across multiple marketing and data platforms (e.g., Marketo, BlueConic CDP, Splash, CRM, Oracle, EDW) to enable seamless automation and data consistency.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for marketing technology systems, advising on architecture, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Participated as a key member of the Architecture Board, contributing to the development of Data Integration and Attribute Mapping (DIAM) frameworks for cross-platform system integration.
  • Lead the Marketo–LinkedIn data integration project, overseeing system design, data flow mapping, testing, and deployment for enhanced lead management capabilities.
  • Conduct data and system quality assessments across billions of records, identifying gaps, anomalies, and inconsistencies, and implemented automated Python-based validation scripts.
  • Support the management and optimization of the MarTech Stack, defining KPIs and monitoring system performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Design and maintained dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Python visualization tools to support business decision-making and monitor system health.
