Roles & Responsibilities

15+ years in Auto Lending operations with domain expertise
End-to-end understanding of Auto Lending processes, value stream and journey; strong knowledge of controls and operational metrics
Experience with digital lending modernization initiatives and exposure to LOS/LMS platforms (Defi, RouteOne, Dealertrack, FIS, Client, proprietary systems)
Familiarity with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP and state auto lending rules; understanding of workflow redesign, automation, and AI-enabled processes

Requirements:

Lead and advise on end-to-end auto lending process optimization, value stream mapping, and journey redesign
Drive digital lending modernization transformation initiatives and provide strategy and advisory support
Engage with stakeholders on LOS/LMS platforms (Defi, RouteOne, Dealertrack, FIS, Client, proprietary systems) to optimize data flows and controls
Support industry education sessions, AI enablement discussions, and deliver executive-level presentations

Job description

Job Title: Auto Lending SME

Location: Remote
Rate: Open as per market standard.
Type: Contract

Required Skills & Experience:

15 plus years in Auto Lending operations, Domain expertise:

- End to End understanding of Auto Lending processes, Value stream, journey
- Strong knowledge of auto lending data flows, controls, and operational metrics.
- Experience & Knowledge of various Auto Lending Channels - Dealer (Indirect), Direct‐to‐Consumer

Experience with digital lending modernization & Transformation initiatives.
Industry expertise and Advisory experience & Strategy support
Exposure to LOS/LMS platforms (Defi, RouteOne, Dealertrack, FIS, Client, proprietary systems).
Familiarity with TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, state‐level auto lending rules.
Understanding of workflow redesign, automation, and AI‐enabled processes.
Need to support industry education sessions, AI enablement discussions, and executive‐level presentations.
