  • Campaign execution: coordinate deployment of materials and campaigns across outbound channels and email
  • Lead flow optimization: identify bottlenecks between marketing and sales and propose process improvements
  • Sales support: ensure the sales team has what it needs to move the pipeline with accuracy

Estamos buscando a un Marketing & Revenue Operations Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo y ser el motor que impulse nuestra eficiencia operativa en el sector Tech/IT.
¿Qué harás con nosotros? Gestión de CRM: Serás el guardián de la higiene de datos (Leads, Cuentas, Oportunidades) y crearás reportes/dashboards para la toma de decisiones. Ejecución de Campañas: Coordinarás el despliegue de materiales y campañas en canales outbound y email. Optimización del Lead Flow: Identificarás cuellos de botella entre marketing y ventas para proponer mejoras en los procesos. Apoyo a Ventas: Asegurarás que el equipo comercial tenga todo lo necesario para mover el pipeline con precisión.
¿Qué buscamos? +2 años de experiencia en Marketing Ops, Sales Ops o CRM Administration. Inglés B2+ Manejo experto de CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot o Zoho). Experiencia previa en entornos B2B Tech / IT Services (Deseable experiencia en MSPs o Ciberseguridad). Mentalidad analítica, gran atención al detalle y excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita.
