3-5 years of real-time Spark engineering experience
Proficiency with Apache Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, and Scala or Python
Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN), Kafka, ETL pipelines, SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS EMR / Azure Databricks) and familiarity with Linux, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies; ability to pass a coding test

Requirements:

Design, develop, and optimize Spark-based data processing pipelines and scalable analytics platforms
Implement ETL processes, data ingestion, transformations, and data modeling using Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, and DataFrames/Datasets
Tune performance, monitor jobs, and troubleshoot issues across the Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, and cloud environments to ensure reliability and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and Agile practices to deliver high-quality software
