Job description

This is a remote position.

A growing Irish 3PL fulfillment company with operations in Ireland, the US, and Kenya is hiring an Operations and Delivery Lead to support the CEO and GM.

You'll be someone who can be the analytical and delivery engine for the leadership team. You’ll take strategic direction from the CEO (former management consultant) and turn it into things that actually happen: structured project plans, facilitated workshops, business reviews, and clear deliverables.

You’ll support the GM in her development toward an MD role. You'll also own the integration of their newest business while preparing for a peak season that generates 65% of annual revenue in 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

Active Delivery: Taking a "hands-on" approach to ensure projects move from strategy to completion.
Workshop Facilitation: Leading and facilitating workshops to align teams and drive progress.
Decision Unblocking: Identifying bottlenecks and driving meetings toward firm, actionable decisions.
Project Leadership: Managing diverse workstreams within a fast-paced, "in the weeds" environment.
Operational Impact: Executing tasks that deliver visible, weekly impact across the business group.

Requirements

Professional Experience: 4–8 years' in operations, delivery, management consulting, or a similar hands-on role.
Proficiency with Monday.com, Google Suite and Microsoft tools
Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to command a room (or a Zoom call) and drive groups toward decisions.
Commercial Judgement: Strong business acumen, including an understanding of margins and commercial trade-offs.
Adaptability: Experience working at pace while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.
Remote Expertise: Previous experience working effectively in a remote/distributed team.
Logistics: Availability for 15–20 hours per week.
Working hours: within 1–3 hours of Ireland (GMT/IST)
