Superna Tool Trainer / Consultant – Freelance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Superna Tool Trainer / Consultant to deliver training and provide expertise on Superna solutions for data security, ransomware protection, and storage monitoring. The role involves training delivery, content validation, and sharing real-world implementation insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on Superna Tools and Solutions
  

• Cover topics such as:
  

  • Superna Eyeglass Administration
    

  • Ransomware Defender
    

  • Storage Monitoring & Management
    

  • Disaster Recovery & Automation
    

• Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases
  

• Review and validate training content
  

• Support participants with technical queries during sessions
  

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience working with Superna tools (Eyeglass, Ransomware Defender, DR Automation)
  

• Knowledge of storage platforms like Dell EMC Isilon / PowerScale
  

• Experience in data protection, disaster recovery, and storage management
  

• Understanding of file system monitoring and security tools
  

• Good communication and training skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering technical training
  

• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage environments
  

• Ability to conduct online instructor-led training sessions
