Zoho Developer

This is a remote position.

As a Zoho Developer, you will join our team of expert developers, designers, and infrastructure analysts in creating web and tech solutions that bring our customers results.  In this role, you will be responsible for working on platform-based systems under the supervision of our experienced staff. This role is perfect for a dynamic self-starter with strong analytical skills, a background in Marketing or Finance and who wants to build a lasting career.

In this role, you will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:

·        Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books, and custom integrations using Zoho Deluge.

·        Translate business requirements into clear, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions that align with KDG development standards and client operational needs.

·        Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and customers to gather, refine, and validate requirements, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

·        Act as a technical subject matter expert on Zoho capabilities, advising internal teams and clients on best practices, platform limitations, and optimization opportunities.

·        Build and enhance custom workflows, automations, APIs, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve system performance.

·        Ensure all Zoho-based solutions are well-documented, concise, and structured to support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.

·        Participate in solution reviews and technical discussions to ensure requirements are fully understood, risks are identified early, and deliverables meet functional and operational expectations.

·        Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities, including issue resolution, performance tuning, and iterative improvements based on user feedback.

·        Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, security, and compliance while designing and implementing Zoho solutions.

·        Stay current with Zoho platform updates, new features, and development best practices to continuously improve solution quality and team effectiveness.
