Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a remote Assistant Operations Manager who will work closely with our Operations Manager and leadership team to oversee daily operations, improve internal processes and keep our projects and teams aligned. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and eager to contribute to the success and growth of our Company.

Responsibilities:

Assist us in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring they align with our Company goals.

Support our leadership team in planning, implementing and monitoring processes.

Coordinate communication between our teams, clients and vendors to keep deliverables on track.

Maintain and update our operational records, reports and performance metrics.

Help us identify process improvements to make our workflows more efficient.

Work with us to troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Experience in operations, project coordination or administrative support.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, MS Office).


Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management. Adaptability in a fast-paced and growing environment.
