Experience in pharmaceutical field sales or medical representative roles
Strong territory planning, time management, and market development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for doctor engagements and VIP visits
Willingness to work extended hours (8:00–22:00) and travel as required
Requirements:
Daily fieldwork with a minimum of 12 face-to-face visits, at least 4.5 visiting days per week, ensuring coverage of A and B class customers
Monthly VIP visits to hospital administrators, heads of departments, and other key stakeholders to secure support
Weekly product knowledge sessions and monthly product development planning, with emphasis on new products
Territory management and financial stewardship, including monthly budget pre-approvals, expense submissions within 3 weeks, and ongoing updates of customer information
