Responsible for identifying improvements in the execution of strategic initiatives driving operational excellence through the development of E2E SC processes, capabilities and tools. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, resilience, and continuous improvement of the E2E supply chain including how we engage with our external partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction across all markets.
How and responsibilities
Review and Audit all processes established as part of the “Inbound” function.
Work within a Lean Six sigma methodology ensuring we are Value stream mapping our functional processes on agreed cadence
Establish pain points or potential improvement opportunities outlining the issue, process improvement ensuring we are constantly looking to leverage efficiencies and effectiveness.
Create business cases and execution plans to be reviewed and sign off by the European and RoW Supply Chain Leadership team for all potential changes.
Own the process mapping and governance process on behalf of Supply chain on all processes and changes, aligning and collaboratively interacting with the Belron Centre of excellences for IT, Transformation and Process.
Work closely and Collaboratively with the continuous process improvement personnel established in each of the 3 operational regions of supply Chain ( UK and Ireland, Europe North, Europe South). + Canada, Australia and New Zealand
Govern the Improvement changes within the European and RoW Supply Chain to ensure standardisation is constant and adhered too.
Manage and execute all change following the sign off process, delivering against the Business case in terms of deliverable, benefit and timelines.
Ensure all process change takes into account the Belron Sustainability strategy and is inline with Belron values.
Ensure all process change in line with our people and leadership values regarding our colleagues and the safety of our people is paramount In what we do.
Collaboratively support all areas of our 14 European, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in terms of way of working and business as usual support as and when required.
Work closely and collaboratively with group Procurement on all supplier related improvements.
Work and adhere to all required governance with the IT design Centre of excellence on all system modifications and potential improvements.
Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with Belron Technical, Procurement, local business unit and system design team
