The ICX Revenue Operations Team sits at the heart of this transformation—connecting the dots between customer behaviour, business outcomes, and product evolution.
As the Senior Analyst on the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting how ICX RevOps team measures success, analyse datasets to provide next best actions, and influences the roadmap of ICX growth journey. You’ll collaborate with Sales leadership, GTM, and technical groups to surface actionable insights. These insights will accelerate growth, drive incremental ARR, and guide how we build and deliver success.
This is a high-impact, strategic role that thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy—and wants to build the operating model of one of Adobe’s most visible, fast-evolving organization.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Insight & Decision Enablement
Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making across Sales and GTM teams.
Lead strategic analysis of customer behavior/journey—identifying drivers of success, risk signals, and opportunities for expansion.
Develop forward-looking insight frameworks that measure how ICX creates business value across customer maturity levels, industries, and customer segments.
Run the Sales Feedback loop – turn performance patterns into ideas that invent the sales + support and go-to-market approach
Operational Excellence & Enablement
Partner with Data Engineers to build dashboards and scorecards that scale insight delivery across our global sales and support teams.
Create scalable reporting frameworks that let teams easily access dashboards and insights.
Drive data accuracy and clarity while building confidence in every insight by aligning how metrics are defined, tracked, and visualised across the business.
Thought Leadership & Communication
Craft compelling executive narratives and presentations that bring data to life—linking insights to ICX vision and success of our customer-facing and service groups.
Support business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with synthesised insights that build strategy and GTM plans.
Partner with GTM, Finance and Strategy teams to highlight sales/support teams next best action through data findings, visualisation and storytelling.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Data Analysis, or strategy roles in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or product organization.
Proven ability to synthesise complex data into actionable strategic insights that influence senior executives and drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong technical proficiency with data visualisation and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, etc.).
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—comfortable presenting to executive audiences and simplifying complexity into clarity.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, GTM and Engineering teams.
Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action in connecting data to business impact.
Note: This role will operate in the PST time zone, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST.
