Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to develop sales revenue from named existing BioCatch accounts with emphasis on growing new business within Iberia
  • Experience driving strategic account plans for named accounts, including opportunity management through to closure

Requirements:

  • Manage Iberia banking and financial services accounts (tier 1 and 2), build deep customer relationships, and drive high customer satisfaction
  • Own end-to-end sales process from inception to closure, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing, while cultivating whitespace opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan for named accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities and successful deal closure
  • Collaborate with the EMEA commercial team and cross-functional partners (BD, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, Account Management) to maximize revenue, drive technology adoption, and represent BioCatch at events; accurately manage forecasts and reports

Role Overview

The Iberia Sales Account Manager is a team member in the BioCatch commercial South EMEA team.

The role is focused on driving BioCatch account management and sales activities in Iberia’s Banking and Financial Services market:

Key focus areas include:

  • Primarily looking after tier 1 and tier 2 financial services accounts in Spain and Portugal.
  • Building deep customer relationships.
  • Executing a developed strategic account plan for new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Driving high customer satisfaction in those accounts.

 

BioCatch seeks a dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial sales professional to develop sales revenues from existing and new customers.

This role will be

responsible for the entire sales process from inception to successful

conclusion, including cultivating whitespace opportunities, prospecting in the

named accounts, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and

closing.  

 


Requirements

  • Develop sales revenues from named existing BioCatch accounts with an emphasis on developing new business from within the assigned target accounts.  
  • Drive a strategic account plan for named accounts, including opportunity management through successful deal closure, while maintaining a dynamic and consultative approach.
  • Establish, cultivate, and develop strategic partnerships with customers, channel, and technology partners to execute BioCatch’s GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the executive management and BioCatch leadership to exceed sales objectives, expanding BioCatch’s customer success.
  • Work in partnership with the EMEA commercial team, including Business Development, Cyber Strategy, Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering, and Account Management functions to maximize revenue and technology adoption whilst retaining accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and enhance BioCatch’s strong brand within our strategic accounts.
  • Successfully execute strategic and operational sales and marketing activities, and represent BioCatch at relevant events.
  • Accurately manage forecasts, including pipeline management and company reports.
