  • Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR processes, partnering with HR leaders to implement improvements.
  • Support global reporting and analytics related to Workday technology on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot complex security and business process issues requiring deep Workday expertise.
  • Assist with technology-related activities for acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration of new companies into Workday.
  • Develop and document test scenarios to validate new features, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Guide cross‑functional teams on configuration approaches, testing strategies, and system best practices.
  • Design and deliver technology‑driven solutions to automate and enhance HR processes.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices to improve and streamline current workflows.
  • Collaborate with integration and cross‑functional teams to resolve data and integration‑related issues.

Required Skills

• Fluent in English

• Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

• Highly developed problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
