The purpose of this role is to develop key senior relationships and sales intelligence at EPC’s and Chinese Tier 1 Chinese customers, specifically those who operate globally.

Key element is to collaborate with the local China team and Global cross functional regional teams to maximize share of wallet across the entire product brandstack.

  • Strategic Relationship Development
    Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders at Chinese Tier 1 customers and EPCs, with a focus on those operating globally.
  • Sales Intelligence & Market Insight
    Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic sales approaches and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner closely with the local China team and global cross-functional regional teams to align business development efforts and drive integrated solutions.
  • Brandstack Penetration
    Promote the full product brandstack across customer portfolios, ensuring comprehensive engagement and increased share of wallet.
  • Opportunity Identification & Pipeline Management
    Develop and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with regional and global growth objectives.
  • Customer Advocacy & Influence
    Act as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for their needs internally and influencing product and service offerings to better meet market demands.






Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: (Add MAX 4 bullets of desired eligibility requirements)
· Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

Education

  • Post / graduate level degree in engineering, technology or a relevant field, MBA preferred  
  • Miller Heiman / KF Sell an advantage

Experience

  • Senior business and people leadership, preferably in a mining or heavy industry manufacturing and sales company.
  • 10+ years in sales, business development, marketing, product management in multinational enterprises.
  • Strategic account management expertise, the ability to lead the change and the desire to collaborate across organizations and customers.

Language Skills

  • Native or fluent Mandarin and English speaker with demonstrated ability to engage in high-level business and technical discussions.
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, technical experts, and global cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of producing and presenting strategic insights, proposals, and reports in English at a postgraduate academic standard (Master’s or PhD level).
