What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack
• Lead the design and implementation of new features in our core platform
• Leverage AI to plan, build, test, and ship.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Help shape team goals and plans, then own outcomes to ensure we hit our commitments
• Proactively identify opportunities and drive improvements in engineering, our product, and our processes
• Languages/Frameworks: Python/Django/PostgreSQL, Typescript/React (prior experience not necessary)
• Contribute to a fun and empowering team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Able to scope and deliver projects quickly and independently at high quality
• Comfort working in ambiguity and driving work forward with a bias toward action and iterative delivery
• An open mindset, receptive to coaching and feedback
• Genuine care about the impact of your work
• A strong belief in the power of teamwork and shared success
• Experience using AI tools to support full stack development
• Preferred location within the Pacific time zone

Compensation

• $125K-$195K + equity
