Position Summary...
Walmart is seeking a Manager to lead the Break/Fix Display Program supporting in-store fixtures, interactive displays, and demo units. This role will ensure customer-facing displays remain operational, safe, and brand-compliant across the store fleet while driving program efficiency, vendor accountability, and cost control.
This leader will serve as the central point of coordination between field teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to reduce downtime and protect the in-store customer experience.
What you'll do...
- Own end-to-end management of the Break/Fix display program.
- Establish and manage SLAs, service standards, and escalation processes.
- Monitor vendor performance including response time, first-time fix rate, and compliance.
- Develop reporting dashboards to track uptime, cycle time, cost, and recurring issues.
- Identify root causes and implement preventative solutions to reduce repeat repairs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Store Operations, Asset Protection, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Support new display rollouts by embedding break/fix readiness into launch plans.
What You’ll Bring - 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, program management, facilities, or vendor management.
- Strong PMO discipline with experience managing third-party service providers.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to translate KPIs into action.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners in a large-scale retail environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
