What will you do?
Will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle, including testing; how to fit and achieve a fit for purpose product for all HKM product types and working closely together with Buying, Design teams and the HKM suppliers.
Assisting with taking comments on weekly fitting sessions including VC (Video Conference) calls with our international suppliers.
After fitting sessions, compiling and sending out supplier comments with technical diagrams and photos within the required critical path time frame.
Organizing and managing the weekly fit rail and calendar in conjunction with our buying department and suppliers, in line with the seasonal critical path management.
Responsible for organizing and managing internal wear trial process.
Assisting with other departmental tasks.
Conduct Competition research when needed.
About you!
You are passionate about product and have an eye for detail
You are organized and can multi-task easily
You have a strong interest and knowledge in product understanding, product fabrication & finishing
A proactive approach to the role is really important as we are working in a fast-paced environment. You think outside the box, are solution driven, you have a flexible approach, and you are up for a challenge!
You are enrolled in a Bachelor/ Masters (TMO, AMFI, Saxion) level studies with the focus on fabrics, making & finishing a product
You will ideally have already finished your first semesters
You are fluent in English (written & spoken) with a keen interest in product development to complete your profile

Eligibility Criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
You are an EU citizen,
You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
