Join a mission-driven team as the primary developer taking ownership of a digital platform that scales biochar adoption. You will evolve internal systems into scalable products, managing everything from real-time logistics tracking to farmer-facing web applications. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development to drive tangible environmental impact through sophisticated carbon credit reporting.

What you will do:

• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and testing processes to maintain high code quality while utilizing AI-assisted development tools like Cursor.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in React, Node.js, and MongoDB.

• Demonstrates a strong product sense with the ability to design UIs in Figma and translate them into maintainable, accessible code.

• Possesses excellent communication skills to discuss technical trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders and manage rapid development cycles effectively.
